How to become a YPM member?

Each applicant will be evaluated on the following criteria.

• Age
• Education
• Employment History
• Community Involvement

• Motivation
  
  Members must be between the ages of 21-40 and live or work in the Midland area. All applicants must fill out a YPM Membership Application, have a reference and or sponsor, and pay an $85 annual fee.
  
  Although not all applicants may have the same level of education, work experience, or community involvement all areas will be reviewed and considered for membership.
  
  If accepted as a YPM member, particpation in some YPM activites and events is required.
