Young Professionals of Midland seeks to attract and retain young leaders in the Midland community. As a non-profit organization, YPM recognizes the importance of leadership training opportunities for its members not only through YPM, but through connection with other organizations.

The Leadership Committee organizes and hosts events that connect YPM members with leaders in Midland’s business, philanthropic, academic, and political communities as well as with other young professional organizations. In 2012 we are specifically focusing on leadership training and development for our members. Please message me of you are interested in a particular leadership position.

The Leadership Committee also partners with the Social and Community Outreach Committees to facilitate networking opportunities among YPM members and with community leaders. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
