The Leadership Commitee is a great commitee that was formed to seek out and find generation gaps around the community that may need potential board member's. The Leadership's Commitee's most recognized role though is the monthly Leadership Development Luncheons that are put on every month. Our commitee meets monthly to select the speaker and location for each luncheon. Then we contact the individual's that we would like have speak to YPM and try and get them to come speak to our organization. We have had the opportunity to meet many leader's in our community through these luncheons. We have also learned about what it took for them to be sucessfull and how we can apply it in our own lives and career's. Some of the other duties of the Leadership Commitee is to help organize and put on Networking events that bring us closer together.
