Membership Application. Acrobat Reader WILL
NOT SAVE CHANGES made to the application, so
it is advised to complete the application in one
sitting, submit your application, and print a
copy for your records.
Please make sure you have answered
every question on the application. By clicking
the SUMBIT button your application will
be emailed to apply@ypmidland.org. Print a copy
for your records.
After
submission your application will be reviewed by
the YPM Membership Committee. Upon approval your
$85 Annual Membership Fee will be due.
Applications are reviewed monthly. Your
application will be evaluated based off your
Education, Employment, Community
Involvement, and Motivation. If you
are not accepted as a YPM member, you may
reapply in SIX months.
