Welcome to the home of the Young Professionals of Midland! YPM is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2006 dedicated to providing career-minded individuals with opportunities to develop socially, professionally and civically in the Permian Basin. We, as an organization, help individuals transition to the Midland area, build new relationships between longtime Midlanders and others, and increase networking opportunities and friendships between all young persons across the Permian Basin.

Now in our seventh year, YPM has a membership base of more than 250 people of diverse professional and personal backgrounds in the Permian Basin! We are proud to be a well respected community resource and recruitment tool for the Midland Chamber of Commerce, the City of Midland, the Midland Convention and Visitor's Bureau and the Midland Economic Development Corporation. We host numerous Community Outreach, Leadership & Networking, and Social events throughout the year to serve our members and promote positive community awareness.
